Blessings & Mercy Foundation

Blessings & Mercy Foundation (Brouwer Ministry) exists to bring the Good News of Jesus Christ to the people of Thailand and the surrounding region through faithful presence, compassionate service, and long-term discipleship. Our mission is rooted in legacy ministries that serve some of the most overlooked and vulnerable—particularly through prison outreach and cancer patient care. In both contexts, we consistently encounter hearts that are open to the Gospel and families who eagerly invite us into their homes to hear about the hope found in Christ.

Out of these relationships, the Home Visit Program was born. This initiative enables our mission and evangelism teams to visit the families and friends of prisoners and cancer patients, often at their personal request. These home visits allow us to share the Gospel in a culturally respectful, relational setting—meeting people where they live, listening to their stories, praying with them, and demonstrating the love of Jesus in tangible ways.

Each week, we receive invitations from across Thailand. Many of these communities are remote and require several days of travel to reach. We intentionally travel light and stay with local families or partner churches, maximizing time spent in fellowship and ministry while strengthening local Christian networks. This approach reflects our commitment not only to evangelism, but to humility, stewardship, and partnership with the Thai Church.

Through this work, we have become increasingly aware of broader needs—particularly among neglected and parentless children who are vulnerable to exploitation and human trafficking. Wherever we encounter such need, we respond. Compassion is not optional, and no one is left behind.

To support healing, restoration, and refuge, the Kai Dong Praporn Retreat Center and Kibbutz serve as places of renewal, discipleship, and protection—especially for persecuted Christians and families at risk. Together, these ministries form a holistic expression of the Gospel: proclaiming Christ, caring for the suffering, and building safe, faith-filled futures grounded in love, dignity, and hope.
